Return Policy
Sharmay gladly accepts eligible returns for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of receiving your order.
At this time, we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Store credit allows you to find another piece you truly love from our latest collections.

To qualify for store credit or exchange, items must be:
Returned within 14 days of delivery
Unworn and unwashed
Free of stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or signs of wear
Original tags must remain attached
Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for store credit.
